 Welder - MIG, TIG and STICK Welding to ASME and Military specifications

 Manual Machinist - Set up and operations of multiple types of manual machining equipment.
 Grinder - Grinding of castings, as instructed.
 CNC Machinist - Set up and operation of horizontal and vertical machining centers and lathes.
Foundry WorkerPerform a variety of foundry operations in a production capacity.
 QA Technician - Performing technical functions within the QA Dept.  Create documentation packages, review manufacturing processes and certifications.
 QC Inspector - Non-Destructive Testing (NDE/NDT) utilizing Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Liquid Penetrant (LP), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Visual Testing (VT) as well as Dimensional verifications.
 Radiographer - Set up and perform radiography of nuclear and military castings.
 QA Engineer - QA experience in metal manufacturing (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous castings) Quality System Program. Monitors the Quality output of Approved Suppliers, Auditing of Approved Suppliers; strong background with ASME Codes (Sections 2, 3, 5, 8, 9) and Military Specifications (MIL-STD-271 & MIL-STD-278) preferred. Helps develop long term strategies and goals for quality improvement efforts. Coordinates efforts with other departments to facilitate process improvement and cost reduction.
